Acting - I Don't Really Care What You Know!...
    YOU KNOW!
While still in school, it is common for guys to gather and discuss
what they will be doing after leaving school. There are lots of guys
who say so many things about the future. We all know we have
something to offer when we leave the University and we go on to
encourage ourselves. I have a friend I am so close to and we are
still close till now. One unique thing about this guy is that he
seems to know everything! When I tell him you can do this and that,
he always ends up telling me: "I know." It got to a point that I
started pushing him to stop knowing and start doing something with
what he knows. This is a guy that is very talented and a very
creative person who is just contented with knowing and not doing.

So many people fall into the category of this my friend and it is
possible you may be one of those people. One thing that has so much
exploded in this present age we are in is information and knowledge.
People seem to know so much about everything but unfortunately the
doers are fewer than the knower. The gap is just too wide. People
don't really care so much about what we know but about what we do
with what we know. Are you familiar with the phrase: "Resolve without
    action is NOTHING?"

It is not enough to know about your potentials, start doing
something with them. it is not enough to have a dream, start doing
something about it. It is the action that makes a whole lot of
difference not the knowledge. Wisdom is not gotten by wishing and
hoping, it is from the APPLICATION of knowledge. In order to realize
your goals or dreams, you must take ACTION! Ideas are nothing without
you acting on them. If it is your desire to attain any height you have
set for yourself, NOW is the time to get started. Do not wait for a
better time than NOW because it doesn't exist. it is only a figment
    of our imagination.

Achieving your dreams is not all about writing them down and
visualizing about them. All these are important but not as important
as ACTION! If you don't act on your dreams, you will remain rooted at
the same spot for years to come. You cannot escape it, ACTION is a
must. It is essential to anyone's success in life.

"Faith without work is dead," how many times have you heard that?
How many of us are keeping faith with having a better life than what
we have now? We want to experience the good things of life and yet we
don't want to sweat it out. Please my dear, stop wasting your time.
Things don't just happen; we have to make them happen.

"IF ANYONE ADVANCES CONFIDENTLY IN THE DIRECTION OF THEIR GOALS, AND
ENDEAVORS TO LIVE A LIFE THAT THEY HAVE IMAGINED, THEY WILL MEET WITH
SUCCESS UNEXPECTED IN COMMON HOURS." HENRY DAVID THOREAU. This man
didn't say, "If one sits back and waits for the goals to show up," he
said "if one advances." and that is what you have to be doing if you
are going to achieve anything in life. Learn to take action no matter
    how small it is.

Lastly, let me share the quotes below with you:

"SUCCESS: SOME PEOPLE DREAM ABOUT IT, WHILE OTHERS WAKE UP AND WORK
    ON IT."

"HUMANITY IS DIVIDED INTO THREE CLASSES: THOSE WHO ARE IMMOVABLE,
THOSE WHO ARE MOVEABLE AND THOSE WHO MOVE!" - BENJAMIN FRANKLIN.

Please be the one who moves to make things happen. Work on your
dream and you will be surprised at where it takes you. I am just SICK
and TIRED of people who know, all I want to see are people who are
    DOING!

To your success as you do.

Acting - Small Business Owners Need To Think Bigger!...
    To Think Bigger!... *
SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS NEED TO THINK BIGGER!
Somebody has to say it: Small business owners can simply do and say
crazy things, that you just won?t see and hear at Fortune 1000
    companies.

For instance, I was speaking to a former employee of a printing
company located in a very upscale part of Los Angeles. She returned
from a short bathroom break, and a minute or two later, the owner
    came up to her.

?Uh, Julie, I noticed you went to the bathroom and used a paper
towel. I saw it in the trash. They?re there for customers, so please
bring you own, in the future.?

So, along with her lunch, she made a point of having two paper
towels with her, each and every day.

She told me this story, and in a combination of laughter and
near-tears exclaimed, ?My gosh! You can buy a whole roll of paper
    towels for 99 cents!?

My jaw drops, still, as I repeat this tale, but piddling things like
this drive employees, vendors, and contractors batty who have to deal
    with these firms.

I?ve heard countless episodes about small businesses that either
stiff their employees and supply sources outright, by not paying
them, or who treat them as if they are banks; sources of ongoing,
    interest-free loans.

When asking about their checks, these poor folks are shot a look
that says: ?Are you kidding? You?re having all this fun working for
me, and you expect to be paid, as well??

Bizarre business owners need to think bigger, and focus on what
really counts in building profits. They also need to avoid those
petty behaviors that only serve to de-motivate their employees and
    suppliers.

Acting - Internet Marketing Not Optional For Home Sellers I...

INTERNET MARKETING NOT OPTIONAL FOR HOME SELLERS IN 2006
It wasn't too long ago that all a real estate agent or
for-sale-by-owner had to do to let the world know that they were
interested in selling their home was to place a sign in the front
yard and run a classified ad in the local paper. In 2006 it is a
totally different world in residential real estate marketing. If
you're trolling for buyers you better be in their path, which is the
Internet. According to The National Association of Realtors(R) over
seventy-percent of homebuyers start their search on the Internet
before contacting a real estate agent.

Getting up to speed with Internet marketing is not difficult. Many
companies today specialize in property web sites, home virtual (360
degree digital image) tours and blast new-on-market emails. To find
these companies look in your local phone books or in Internet search
engines. Mark Nash author of 1001 Tips for Buying and Selling a Home
provides the nuts and bolts you need to know about marketing a home
    on the Internet.

-Eight still photos required for a home on Internet. Search engines
and Multiple Listing Searchs look for at least eight still photos for
a property. These should include an exterior shot under current
seasonal conditions. If you put up a summer photo in the winter,
buyers will think that the property has languished on market for many
months. The other shots should be of the living, dining, and family
room, master bedroom, master bath, kitchen and a backyard or other
    optional shot.

-Place a classified ad on your local Craigs List. Many first-time
buyers search this popular directory of rental and purchase homes.
You'll be amazed at how many inquiries you receive from devotees to
    this list.

-When booking a classified ad for your home in the local newspaper
ask if they have an online edition. Make sure that your in every
newspapers online edition that you advertise in.

-For as little as a hundred dollars you can have a web sites for
your home. Marketing information, floor plans and mortgage rates and
scenarios can be posted to it. The web sites address should be the
    property address, www.123mainstreet.com

-Virtual tours are a great way for Internet surfers to take a
miniature tour of your home, and many buyers won't visit a home until
they've taken a virtual tour. Here are some tips on virtual tours.
Virtual tour camera lens can make small rooms smaller, so don't
bother with walk-in closets, powder rooms and other small spaces.
Take a look through the lens to get an idea what the camera will
record. Move and stage shots to edit out too much furniture, close
window blind or shades and streamline tabletops and bookcases. Place
a blooming or green plant in shots to perk up and add life.

-Have your virtual tour burned onto CD's to give to buyers who have
visited your home. Mail CD's to real estate agents in the area to
give them a sneak-peek before they show your home. Put the web site
address of your home on the outer sleeve of the CD.

-Gather email addresses of interested buyers and real estate agents
for email notification of Open Houses, price reductions and interior
photos to refresh their memories. Avoid spam, no one appreciates it.

Mark Nash's fourth real estate book, "1001 Tips for Buying and
Selling a Home" (2005), and working as a real estate broker in
Chicago are the foundation for his consumer-centric real estate
perspective which has been featured on ABC-TV, CBS The Early Show,
Bloomberg TV, CNN-TV, Chicago Sun Times & Tribune, Fidelity
Investor?s Weekly, Dow Jones Market Watch, MSNBC.com, The New York
Times, Realty Times, Universal Press Syndicate and USA Today.

Acting - DHEA ? Can DHEA Help Keep You Young?...
ting - DHEA ? Can DHEA Help Keep You Young?... *
DHEA ? CAN DHEA HELP KEEP YOU YOUNG?
DHEA as an anti aging supplement is seen as a powerful aid in the
fight against aging and maintaining youth.

It is seen as protecting against many diseases, increasing sexual
libido and giving users a feeling of well being and acting as an
general all round anti aging supplement.

    DHEA What Is It

DHEA is a hormone naturally produced in the human body. It is the
sole precursor hormone responsible for the production and regulation
of every other steroid and sex hormone in the body.

DHEA is the only hormone that declines with age and declines signal
a variety of age related diseases. It is generally seen as a powerful
    anti-aging treatment.

DHEA is a natural human hormone (a steroid) actually produced from
cholesterol by the adrenal glands. DHEA is additionally produced in
the gonads (sexual organs), in adipose tissue (fatting tissues) and
    the brain itself.

DHEA is in fact, the most abundant hormone in the human body. Only
in humans is DHEA the dominant steroid hormone. Humans produce DHEA
in greater quantity than any other species.

DHEA As Supplement For Sexual Health

DHEA is a general tonic of well being as helps maintain sex hormone
    levels therefore increasing libido

    DHEA Anti aging properties

The famous biochemist Stephen Cherniske has shown that one of the
most consistent and devastating aspects of aging is the emergence of
the metabolic syndrome, which is also termed Syndrome X.

Decreased insulin sensitivity, free testosterone, and HDL, along
with increased LDL, total cholesterol, and triglyceride levels,
    characterize the metabolic syndrome.

The decline in DHEA secretion contributes to the metabolic syndrome
and its related diseases such as heart attack, stroke, and type II
    diabetes.

Results from the use of DHEA are gradual, and over time, one should
not wait for some dramatic change.

The anti-aging properties of DHEA are especially gradual, as is
aging itself, and may be noticed over an extended period only.

There are some short-term effects, such as in weight control and
anti-depression, but it may also be noted that in addition to dietary
supplementation, regular strenuous exercise also naturally raises the
DHEA level in the human body.

The use of DHEA as a dietary supplementation is believed to have the
    following affects:

?It maintains sex hormone levels ?Increases the production of
    antioxidant enzymes in the liver

?DHEA blocks an enzyme called glucose-6-phosphate-dehydrogenase
(g6pd) which is needed to produce fat tissue and also promotes cancer
    cell growth

    ?Relieves stress

    ?Strengthens the immune system

?Improves mental clarity as people age

?Helps the body burn calories for energy rather than store them as
    fat

?Declining levels of the hormone DHEA are implicated in Alzheimer's
disease diabetes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, arthritis,
obesity, cancer, atherosclerosis and heart disease and depression

    ?Increases muscle mass and strength

?Beneficial in increasing feelings of well being and libido and acts
    as a sex stimulant

DHEA is the subject of intensive and continuous research, but more
and more people are now looking at DHEA as one of the key anti aging
    supplements.
